I use this skill often but if dosent level up . Im a DK with 3 light armor pieces

alexj4596b14_ESO✭✭✭It's a bug...mine is leveled up! But with only 3 amour pieces on it's really expensive, it might not be worth it0 -

✭It's not dependent upon whether or not you actually use the skill (Unlike TES single-player games). Skills increase in rank as you gain experience and they're on your hot-bar, regardless of whether or not you actually use them in battle, or otherwise.
