'A Broken Shovel', 'A Crumpled Letter' or 'Tarnished Wedding Band' ????

Has anyone else come across 'A Broken Shovel', 'A Crumpled Letter' or 'Tarnished Wedding Band'. I have them in my backpack under materials but their description is scroll. Is this for a 'hidden' quest?

Sorpaijen_ESO✭✭✭Could they be somehow associated with an Achievement? Seems like I saw a category for "souvenirs" from various monster types (I had NONE)... although I'm not sure why they would persist in your inventory, still...0 -
ziggr✭✭✭I picked them up in The Rift somewhere. Figured they were part of the "River of Names" quest. They're hogging 4 bank slots right now. I'll probably delete them once I finish the Rift. If they were Quest items, they'd show up in the Quest tab. So they're probably safe to delete.
