Instanced Guild vs Guild PVP.

Wanting to know the opinion of my fellow adventurers on whether or not you'd want specific guild vs guild PvP so guild A could fight guild B in some form of combat or the other without interference from any other parties. Would it be a waste of time, or a new twist to pvp?

No arenas. Not 1v1, 2v2,10v10, or guildvguild

I don't PvP a lot in RPGs like this but that sounds neat and probably something I would participate in.

I think theres a game called Guild Wars or something that does that very well...

Yeah, since there's another game that does it, there is zero merit in this game doing it as well. Every MMO must be 100% unique. That's why this game doesn't have dungeons, crafting professions, and magical spells.

Sure thats a point of view.
Another point of view is: if you dont like this one, there are plenty of others.
I like this one and dont want it changed to cater to your tastes.

Would a person that was a member of both guilds have to kill themselves? Unfortunately, this game did a rather dumb(imo at least) guild system. I hope that they eventually decide to do something like launch a clan system, that is tied to only one faction, and a character can only belong to one clan, for pvp presence.

That said, they already said arenas will not be out in the near future if at all, due to them wanting to focus on Cyrodiil.

Just because another game has these features, doesn't mean that TESO shouldn't have them. As @Maverick827 pointed out, MMOs don't exactly work that way.

I'd perhaps appreciate constructive criticism for/against each side rather than sarcastic comments that are a little vague at what they're trying to get at, or at least the rationale behind it.

I would bring constructive criticism if this wasnt a dead horse, that has been dead for months.
I am afraid you are a bit late to turn ESO into an instanced pvp game.

Not something that really interests me at the moment, but if it's not too hard to implement, sure why.

TESO really doesn't have much of anything right now. The world pvp is a borefest. Sure some people like it but some people also sit on call of duty all day long playing the same old boring public room matches over and over again. The one thing I always liked about mmorpgs where pvp that had risk vs reward. It was thrilling, this game not so much. The questing was fun till vet level but overall this game has no lasting potential. I say it was worth the investment as I spent a lot of time on it for a month but I just can't see myself sticking around much longer as there is nothing to hold you.

I do see your point, however, the idea I'm trying to get at doesn't turn TESO into an instanced PvP game, it simply adds the option. Although you may be right about this being a dead horse.
