Anything involving NPCs is not a pvp feature.
PvP = player versus player.
Its already bad that we have to quest to make some cash in the pvp area.

I guess one feature.. a log kept of kills/deathblows/deaths/healing done. Based off your current session similar to daoc.

my solution is to make a pvp server where pvp is global on that server and we can then have pvp constantly by all peoples and i would again feel like im at home due to threat and also a reason for people to stay with and group with eachother for protection and make the world come alive like normal life im used to.
I voted for Arenas, but I'd also like to see player duels as well.
Also, what do you mean by scaled down Cyrodil? Size? The ways levels and stats scale? Something else?
