Grahtwood: "Desiccated Cave"

I found a note lying randomly in a house near Elden Root that describes a Desiccated Cave to the east of the tree, and that there were several disappearances around that area.

Does anyone know where this Desiccated Cave is, if it was removed/renamed from a previous iteration of the game, or if it's foreshadowing a later quest?
