I am in no way an expert of how to balance this game. I disagree with nerfing skills, with the exception, that all classes receive the same nerf. I am a VR10 imperial NB 5 heavy, 2 light, max magicka, health, spell resist, stamina, armor, sword and board bow user. Most of these changes would break PVE… but I don’t care about PVE. I also understand this will never happen.
Armors:
- All armor buffs should be directly correlated to your current armor level. If you are wearing light armor, you should get 30% of your current armor level as the buff (same for spell resist etc). This fixes some of the imbalances to highly survivable light armor builds.
- Medium Armor: Passives need to be increased to make weapon attacks (light and heavy hit harder), also stamina abilities should hit harder.
Weapons:
- Increase weapon attack damage, so it scales better with magicka attacks.
- Kill the blocking and casting abilities
- Reduce the bash damage to cap at the same as heavy attack. Increase the damage to the shield bash weapon ability and make it an interrupt.

Ultimates:
- Get rid of ULT reduction passives and gear.
Roots:
- All roots should have an immunity.
NBs:
- Fix all bugs
- Increase the healing of siphoning attacks to 60% of total health over 5 secs. If DK gets 30% instant, NB should get double in HOT.
- Lotus Strike – Make the ability instant cast and 3m longer than bolt escape. Since bolt escape is non targeting.
- Stealth – Remove all attack increase bonuses from the skill. Increase duration to 4 sec, 6 sec with passives. Increase movement speed. Make the skill a decent scouting escape option. Making this an attack skill is to easy to exploit.
- Veil of blades: Increase damage mitigation so that when a NB drops his ULT on a standard they cancel out. Immunity to AOE attacks etc. Right now, instead of dying in 3 secs, you die in 5 secs.
DKS:
- Chain pull shouldn’t have an immunity with it. Block should work.
TEMPS:
- Give them an ULT that cancels 1 other class ULT. I.E. An AOE no ULT zone.
- Give a class skill that mezmorizes an enemy with the same effects as the DKs root. This ability should cost magicka to break out of.
SORCS:
- Pets need to stealth and should provide buffs to party. Should only attack targeted enemies, via the tab key.
