Which Provisioning ingredients should I hold onto?

G'day guys,

I just got my Provisioning to level 50 (Though my character is only level 18) and I'm wondering what ingredients I should hold onto. All of my ingredients are taking up 60+ slots at the moment and I assume this will only get worse when I start each new zone so I need to know which ones I should get give away/destroy.
My highest level recipe is level 25 and I have a blue 20, not sure if that makes any difference lol.

Right now, hold on to everything you can put your virtual hands on - otherwise bots farming everything . You're welcome !

Some high level recipes require 3 or 4 ingredients and some of those are low level items. Hang on to at least one stack of everything. I rolled a mule just to hold onto my provisioning mats.

make an alt, buy it 10 extra bag slots and take all your food crafting mats out of the bank with it. yay for bank alts!

another option is to ditch materials you are unlikely to use - due to lack of space and 3 alts with full bags, i started ditching all the beverage ingredients. i dont do restoration buffs, i'd much rather have more baseline mana/health/stamina from actual foods, rather than beverages. (besides, i had way more food recipes)

although, damn you zenimax. i haven't had a recipe, or any useful provisioning drop throughout 3 VR zones.

as of now, i'm actually refusing to continue questing through veteran content until some serious balance issues have been addressed. as well as the looting of motifs/provisioning mats/recipes/delve bosses.

Red Wheat and Onion, they are the core to every blue magicka buff based food and 2/3 of every purple food.

In particular, down at the bottom check out Improvement Ingredients. Those are the ingredients used for the blue and purple versions of recipes, and they're certainly worth holding on to.

(Note that there are two different items called Jazbay Grapes. The one with 0 value is the improvement ingredient, the one worth gold is the standard drink ingredient.)
