How can we organize small-scale PvP ?

Hi,

I like small-scale PvP (1v1~ to 4v4~), and I'm looking for people who share my enthousiasm. I was wondering how we could do that in Cyrodiil. All ideas are welcome :)

- The obvious way : Pick a place and a time and meet us there.

"Discuter avec un troll, c’est comme essayer de jouer aux échecs avec un pigeon. Tu as beau être très fort aux échecs, il arrive, renverse les pièces, chie sur l’échiquier et s’en va avec l’air supérieur comme s’il avait gagné." - Anonyme

    For u, I'll translate my signature :
"Talking to a troll is rather like trying to play chess with a pigeon -- it knocks the pieces over, craps on the board, and flies back to its flock to claim victory."

    ?

    im not trolling at all.

download mIRC - make a channel like #eso.pvp. make it public among interested guilds/groups. then do -t on the channel so everyone can set topic. every group that is running that specific night can put themself in the topic and which server they play so ppl know they are out. agree on an area to roam in and ur set.

thats how u organize small scale pvp among good groups in zerg games like eso

PS: id suggest doing it on a low pop campaign and ask ppl to have a guildtag in the channel so u can kick random ppl that are just there to spy for their zerg guilds to ruin ur fun.

mIRC is used by a very particular type of players/people, so I was sure you were trolling. I was looking for a more "public" solution.

This actually sound like a viable option. I'll remember it, thank you.

yes most random ppl dont use it. it is however pretty spread among organized guilds. many use it to coordinate/communicate with each other when not ingame or unable to join TS. f.e. when at work. its also a centralized place to put important information out so everyone can see it when they are online. u rarely have ur entire guild all on TS at the same time etc. so instead of telling ppl the same thing over and over on TS till everyone knows about it u can just make a topic in ur guild channel and everyone can read it at any time.

Ok, I was not aware of this use of IRC in the PvP scene. Thanks for the information :)
