Easy way to tell if a skill has been morphed

Is there an easy way to tell if a skill has been morphed (apart from the name change)?
Trying to keep track of which skills have been morphed and which haven't on 3 alts is driving me crazy.

If you dont level it up to max IV after completing a quest or two, its morphed

So the answer is; equip the skill and check if the skill increases quickly when questing...great

But seriously, I was just hoping I missed something in the UI that would make it easy to tell if it was morphed, no biggie.

You can use ESOHEAD.com skill builder so see what the skill is and morph options. Other than that nothing in game that you can do faster on that website.

One easy way to find out is... if the skill has bugged up somehow, then you've morphed it.

The icon for skill changes when morphed. Sometimes not by much though.
