Sure, I can understand that this is an MMO, but throwing more than two enemies at a time at you is not challenging, it is repetitive and annoying.

This holds especially true in any quest that DEMANDS that you solo it, or that you cannot play with someone that has already beat the boss(es, and minions).

"You're doing it wrong" - Yes, I am, I like playing Elder Scrolls games because you don't have to go for a cookie cutter build.

Harvesters are a serious issue, especially if they are around a collide-able object, their healing spheres spawn too damn close to them to target, and with so many of them, it gets stupid and annoying fast.

The amount of AoE is unbelievable, when everything in this game is so focused on AoE versus previous one on one, rarely 3 or more at a time (sneak mechanic that doesn't reset all mobs to full health and you crippled) and just spam AoE everything.

The weapon swapping - this is just pure BS, sluggish and doesn't always respond when you want/need it to. On top of being limited to 5 abilities and an "ultimate". That's pretty crappy for an Elder Scrolls game.

What I do like about the game - you can craft in different styles, enchant, cook and make "potions".

Potions in quotation marks because of the insane cool downs to be anywhere useful against 4 NPCs spamming ranged and AoE crap at a melee character.

Yes, I get it, I should have rolled Dragon Knight with all of the AoE goodness.

Restoration, Destruction, Illusion - etc... no? Just four classes with preset AoE spambilities(TM)? Rubbish.

I won't hold my breath until "spellcrafting" comes out, seems like that will just be dumped on like crafting armor (grinded set gear IS better).

Any of this bound to change in the foreseeable future?

Hard to say at this point. Their main concern right now would seem to be trying to make it the grindiest MMO with the most insane level cap.....ever. I've quit playing, canceled sub and am only going to monitor the site/forums until I see which direction this game is headed long term.

I guess I'm use to playing Skyrim Redone that eso multi pulls don't bother me.

P.S. Legendary mode on SkyRE... O.O .... I pulled a whole dungeon by accident.

Hmm.. I have very vivid memories of Daggerfall, during which I created a spell I could fly with, and used it to hover into areas I shouldn't have been. I was utterly single-target ganked by every encounter with a Nightblade, or AOE'd to death by a caster or battlemage.

It is very much like the old games. Perhaps you should go back and play them again for a grim reminder? :)

Casters with AoE, is normal. What isn't, is all the rooting, snares, etc. Lack of weapon choices (compared to Morrowind) less stats/armor pieces as well.

When you escape an enemy, they don't auto-regen to full health, and you can actually kite them. Not this game.

Sure you can get in over your head at times, but in this game, there's nothing but in-over-your-head gameplay, because they ditched "difficulty" and placed in spamming and large mobs.

Remove the "charge-up" for NPC abilities, and remove the AoE and mass mobs. The difficulty would be higher and less redundant of "look for the clear give away of what's going to happen next".

It's an easy game, but makes up for it by swarming the player. That shouldn't be so.
