They are useless as of now and I'm not sure why anyone would ever put a point into them. Make them to where we'd want to use these passives. Here's my idea for a passive. What would you like?
Ressurect player quicker. Point 1 15% faster
Point 2 25% faster
Point 3 35% faster
Resurrect 2 players at once. Point 1 10% chance to revive another player within 15m
Point 2 15% chance
Point 3 20% chance
