Unknown IP after 1.0.8

After patch 1.0.8 the game thinks my IP address unknown, and every time when I asked with a unique code sent me an email. IP address I have really changed, but it has happened before patch 1.0.8 and before patch 1.0.8 game did not ask any codes, but after the patch each time I log into the game I have to enter a code, even if I just left the game and I go into it in an hour, without rebooting computer, internet connection, and simply re-running the game. What is the problem?
