Using Bow - Cant Attack Bug

There is a bug that while using a bow, it becomes impossible to attack or cast any targeting spells. The red targeting aura disappears while trying to attack the enemy.

This issue has gotten me killed several times in Cyrodiil and many times while leveling up as well. I'm not sure if it is a Nightblade only bug but it seems to occur more while using snipe. (possibly enemies running toward you while channeling snipe and becoming out of range).
