cant seem to craft heavy chest plates VR3?

just tried to craft a new set after ranking up as usual but i couldn't make a VR3 chestplate, is this intended? unlikely but worth asking

    I noticed the same thing. I can craft VR3 versions of all the other heavy armor items (helmet, legs etc) but not the cuirass.
    IRL: Elizabeth. AD: Aluluei, Eiledh, Yreshi, Zabetheli. DC: Lededje, Pilun, Safket-Abwy, Semley. EP: Ieulula, Tenarha, Tisaarwat, Veralia.
    CP 2200+, playing since beta.

    ruined my set look plan so had to resort to a lame one i had before VR but in a horrid color :(

    They're aware of it. It'll be fixed in the 1.1 patch.
