EP Controlled Campaigns?

Are there any campaigns currently dominated by EP for the majority of the time? Most of the time its either AD or DC that has control of the campaign and only 2 others that fluctuate back and forth.

I'm not sure why EP players are looking for campaigns that don't need help. They should be going to the places where the EP presence is weak, and help nourish it there.

Because they are PvE players who don't actually enter Cyrodiil but want the buffs from it.

Oh I pvp, but I'd make my main one I don't enter for buffs for pvp. And guest a highly contested one to have fun pvping

How is that admitting I'm a baddie?
I would like the buffs for PvE, but then pvp with the rest of my guild on another campaign that is highly contested.
