Dragonknight: Can someone explain health regen to me in regards to % increase abilities?

So, I just took the Elder Dragon Passive, which is supposed to give me 2% health regen for every draconic powers on my hotbar. I have both reflective scales and green dragon blood slotted, so I was expected to see a bump in my health regeneration number. But that number didn't move at all, so I am not sure if the ability is broken or if I'm looking for the wrong thing. Thoughts?

Did you try logging in/out? My DK is only 34 so I don't have too much experience with the class, but if it's like a lot of other passives, they don't always display properly on the character screen.

Personally I've never found combat health regeneration all that useful, especially with green dragon blood. I do use the Vampire's Kiss set for out of combat regeneration while leveling however.

yeah logging in and out, switching skills on the bar, etc... didn't make a difference. I thought that maybe I was missing something like that the number displayed on my character sheet isn't actually what the Elder Dragon passive is affecting.

The sorc Daedric Summoning skill line has a similar passive that adds 10 health regen for every skill on the bar. When I increased it, I saw my health regen go up in the character sheet.

What's your health regen at? Mine's around 20 so 2% of that would be like 0.4 more regen and probably wouldn't even show up on the character sheet.

Well that's a good point. My health regen is only at 24 so going up by 4% would not even net me a single point.

So maybe the passive is only worth it when you already have a higher base regen.
