DOWN GOES @Dleatherus

A well cooridinated FULL assault on the Noore (AD) monopoly on Skullcrusher commenced today.

The map was FULL yellow and I cheapshot made contact with Leaders of DC and EP to arrange a full invasion. IT was a stealth attack as shown below in the diagram





Not everything went to plan though and a few of the keeps were not ready to begin but it didnt matter. As Shown below




This was the final result of our first phase of the attack can be seen here

It's a beautiful thing taking back the map but with population imbalance we will not be able to hold forever or even long.



I will update this thread as I put together the video and pictures of the attack. But mission accomplished and us EP bowed out to allow DC emperor to reign for the short time we can hold it.

Thanks for making Skull Crusher even worse. My sympathy to the small DC groups who have been working pretty hard on this campaign just to give some decent fight and who doesn't give up. And yah, crowning someone who do a very little to no pvp and just tailing an organized group to hijack some AP is just worth it.

@Suenaga I made it worse? how so At least we dethroned the emperor DC and EP are tired of the noore kicking us when we're down so we went to drastic measures. Until population balances are put in place we will do what is best for our underdog friends.

We would have worked with you guys but you guys insisted on gate locking us. You can outnumber us but you will not have emperor until the day this changes. That is our new goal to block any noore emperor ever again on this server.

Oh, and we had rly hard time leaving SC because of that emperor title. Now, we can finally jump to another campaign and repeat this all over again. ;P Ah, did I congratulate you? Congratulations! Was it hard? Did you encounter strong resistance?

we are honored and humbled that you took so much preparation and invited such a host to wrest the throne from our hands

last night's well coordinated and planned attack emphasizes that all it takes is a little effort and thought and sincerely applaud your strategy

we also sincerely hope that from now on you put in a little more effort and thought into Skull Crusher so that we all can enjoy this level of pvp on a more frequent basis, and less QQ when you're losing, - and no more of the AD alt toon you use for trolling zone and running exploits (none were used last night)

hopefully we will see you at the 5v5 event we are helping put together on skull crusher tonight for some fun! (we have invited several EP/DC 5 man teams from other campaigns to the event in the hopes of getting them interested in guesting on Skull Crusher and helping your efforts)

Was Lubvord the broken mechanic vampire that would slay the whole force without a chance to defend.

The abuse of this is what has led to the current state of Skullcrusher.
So no one to blame but numbers and broken mechanics.

Had some fun with you guys last night. Glad we could be apart of it. We weren't interested in making an Alliance with DC and truthfully we were hoping AD would come in much higher numbers (God knows we have enough DC to fight on Wabba). Regardless we enjoyed sieging and taking Black Boot and the EP scroll.

What I have found is there is a serious competency problem on at least EP faction on Skullcrusher. People don't know how to siege multiple keep walls, counter Oil pot Defense or just general combat against higher number forces.

I can understand why considering the extreme lack of anyone on the campaign. All it takes is one guild of 20-30 people to change things around for EP.

My recommendation is work on establishing an EP Teamspeak where people can chat on Voice Comm and start building a foundation there if you truly wish to save your Home Campaign. If you need suggestions or ideas pop over to Wabbajack and watch some of the tactics there we do. The truth is we will rarely be able to help on such a low pop server it will be up to you guys to take this victory and push and push.

No one is invincible in this game to tactics, organization and communication.

The Noore aren't quite as big and bad a zerg as some would make us out to be - the fact we are a target for some folks we take in stride with a smile - part of being a visible coordinated community will draw those kind of comments and attention

most days there are 4-6 of us in Skull Crusher, with the majority of The Noore home/guesting over in Wabbajack and Bloodthorn - on nights when DC and EP push we will have as many as 24 Noore members filter in to enjoy the action and then filter out again = cheapshot has been in our mumble and can confirm this

the other AD in zone are the other AD in zone - we can neither speak for them nor be held responsible for their actions - they are there to play and enjoy the game as they see fit, and rightfully so

last night when then action started our usual 4-6 were on and our eyes started popping out of our heads at the speed that all the different keeps went under attack - we managed belatedly to rally approximately 55 of our clan to come over and join the fun, and it was awesome fun - the outcome of 3 bar DC pop and 1 bar AD pop was inevitable, and again, we congratulate the planning and coordination that was put in behind the scenes for this awesome strategy

hopefully you guys come over several times a week and as you say, help get some competency back to the EP side

looking forward to meeting you in Cyrodiil again

Yeah, sorry there weren't so many of us on. Most of us were planning on the SC PvP event scheduled for tonight. I had a lawn full of dandelions to kill and missed the most exciting night in a month. I don't think many of us on the EP side will be revisiting Skullcrusher. The EP folks weren't very welcoming.

Appreciate the kind words. If it happens it will be on wabbajack. As with any server there are good and bad apples of all factions. Not too interested in doing the dirty work for people when they are only fighting maybe 30-70 opponents.

I was more disappointed with the lack of common organization on the server. We appreciate the fights and I personally figured it would be a long shot but people were ADAMANT there was this AD superzerg of 100-200 people that could log in at a moments notice which is obviously the biggest troll I've seen.

This is pretty much what Goldbrand was for us with a bit more DC to flavor things. The potential for a great campaign is there but people need to pick their skirts up and get it going.

They were not ready. Actually i challenge you to come on SC and push out from your home keep. I bet you 300k gold you cannot dethrone/crown an emp all while pushing them back to the gates. By the time you get to their inner keeps you will be wiped.

Perhaps the AD "zerg" was less last night, but after capturing Alessia, Faregyl and Bloodmayne (with only a bit of resistance) about 35 of us were able to camp their scroll temple and gate for a while, before we got bored (and annoyed at the "alliance") and went back to Wabba.

The fights were good (thanks to the AD folks), but we certainly never got overwhelmed - even when some DC groups decided they wanted to crash our party.

The night was a surprise, and well done on all ends by the groups that Guested in.

Taking part in a few attempts at defense and recapture was a great deal of fun.

Holding a keep against a disorganized group of 50 is pretty easy for 10 people. Oil, volcanic rune, caltrops and a few catapults will get the job done. Putting aside the comments from our EP brethren in Zone chat (complaining that we killed DC who attacked us) the problem I saw last night was lack of experience/skill in taking keeps and in organized group action. Understandable given the history of the campaign, but something that can be improved upon even without an influx of huge numbers.

SO WHAT???? - this is AvAvA not 1v1v1 or 5v5v5, though i am working hard on organizing events like that on skull crusher that include YOU, to try and make PvP fun regardless of the current campaign imbalances that *newsflash* neither the Noore nor any other guild or community of players is responsible for

part of the skill in AvAvA IS organizing and coordinating a group - as you yourself in the OP proved and pounded your chest so loudly about - you proved you have that within you - another part is maintaining it - don't blame us for your poor maintenance skills

take a step back - read what is being said not just by AD, but by folks in your own alliance - that you are a troll, that you cry and whine, that you are unwelcoming, unorganized - i'll stop there

start looking at YOURSELF in terms of blaming somebody for your defeats, rather than blaming anybody and everybody else for their successes

so i'll issue YOU a CHALLENGE - start working towards CONSTRUCTIVELY trying to improve PvP instead of being toxic and acting DESTRUCTIVELY (ninja taking keeps with your Noore Snoore Poor AD DK character, trolling with him in AD zone chat etc etc)

i'm up for it and MORE than happy to put all of this behind us

if you are asking that when YOU can only bring 5 people to an entire campaign - that no other alliance can bring more than 5, then our discussion stops right here

as for reputations - happy to post links to the other skull crusher threads and threads that we have both made posts in to try and improve PvP/balance campaigns - folks can read our posts and your posts and i'll be fine with the reputation that they independently come up with for each of us, not the fake reputation that you are trying to pin on us just because you're disorganized in a campaign where the 'enemy' is more organised

I'll issue you another challenge - come to the 5v5 tonight and actually have some fun, win or lose - i'd hate to see you turn what is meant to be a fun event to promote better relations between the alliances on Skull Crusher into a 'we won so i'm right - they suck' ... 'we lost so i am right they are OP' -
