hello guys,today one person told me about how to became emperior ,and I was like WHAT?! so game creators had a perfect idea,emperior can be only player who spend most of time for gaming... U must be TOP1 scores in your alliance,i open leaderboard,and I seen that I missing only 4 mil + alliance points for became top1.. sorry but this is really stupid idea that u must be top1 for became emperior,no chance to try Emperior gameplay if you working/have family because u can play couple hours only. Well done game creators.

But on the other hand, you have a job and get to earn your own money, plus you have a family that you can spend quality time with.

I think that's a bigger plus than getting to wear a set of imaginary armor, don't you?

If it were up to me, I'd make it so that only one Emperor can be crowned at the end of each 90-day campaign, based on overall scores and player voting. This "I'm the Emperor! No, *I* am the Emperor!" ***-for-tat makes Cyrodiil look like ancient Rome... wait. Huh.

y sure. before that guy told me about how to became emperor I was know a bit,that need to take all castles in middle of map,but didn't know that u msut be top1 scores.i was think after u take all castles in that circle in middle of map,u need to run somewhere in middle to something like altar,and there u will became emperor,so I was think who will get there faster he will have chance became emperor.but I was very wrong.there is no chance became emperor for amateur players,only for fanatics.

So... if someone at your job has no family and works 4 more hours a day than you and gets a promotion you would complain to your job that it's not fair because you have a family and can't work those extra hours?

Why does it matter? Not everything in the game needs to be completed or is intended for you as a player. There is all kinds of things in the game I wont do, including bothering to become an emperor, but I have fun at the other stuff.

Should a person who has *** to do outside the game be Emperor? No. If you wanna be Emperor over a few hundred people, you gotta play a lot. Lol @ anything otherwise.

OP, are you surprised? They more than likely figured that some players weren't going to be able to compete for that top spot. Really, only a few are going to have the time to farm for an in-game reward. IMO, it's not worth aiming for since it's just an in-game thing and why neglect your family over a video game?

You have just as much opportunity to become Emperor as anyone else during the initial days of each campaign. True, one month into a campaign and it's basically impossible, but those first few days after everyone's score is cleared will provide you the opportunity without having to play at all hours for weeks on end.

Well, to be honest, I think players should vote for their Emperor, not raw scores, and only players who spent a certain percentage of time in their home campaign get to vote.

That way the most popular/known players would get the title, as it should be. And we would avoid all these shenanigans with AP farming via exploits which basically rendered the current ranking totally meaningless.

But no, running to an altar? I can already see an army of campers sitting around the altar waiting for that last keep to flip...
