Losing Ultimate?

I struggle to charge my ultimate in the zone I'm currently in, since enemies are usually 5+ ranks lower than me (I guess I did too much grinding beforehand). To make it worse, every time I get close to being able to use my ultimate, it resets back to 0! D':

Is this an intentional mechanism (e.g., if I don't use it for 10 minutes, it resets), or is it a bug? Either way, it's really frustrating hehe.

Had my Ultimate reset twice yesterday. Ultimate hit fully charged which lasted a few minutes then reset to zero.

same happened to me, and it wouldn't charge until I switched zones. Wasn't my relative level, because after switching zones, it charged when I went back into the original area.

I have this also happen with the Soul Burst Ultimate from the Soul Magic Tree. Odd though, it did not happen till I started using that. I never had it happen when I was using the Ultimate from my Assassination skill tree. I have both Ultimates slotted now, one in each bar. I wonder if this is a glitch?

Ult reset has been a pain for awhile now. Can't wait for a fix for this...

Happens to everyone.
Really sucks to collect and save up the ultimate for Mr.BigBoss and then when you need it the most... suddenly you are out of juice.
FIX THAT CRAP FINALLY!

It's been happening to me constantly in Cyrodiil. It reset the last 2 times when I looted a rune node and when I opened a door. I really hope they fix this. Losing a fully charged Ultimate can make or break a skirmish in PvP. PvP is already hard enough with all the exploits/bugs in the zone. Losing a charged Ultimate hampers PvE as well, so I hope it gets resolved soon.
