coming from the quite uneventful interview with Brian Wheeler (PVP Designer) here:

One thing is quite striking to me in PVP:
The lack of any feedback on things.
You kill a player. Nothing.
You conquer a farm. Nothing, just a very small bar filling up, nothing when it is filled.
You conquer a keep. Nothing but a bar filling up.
Exceptions are the scrolls where there are nationwide warnings, interestingly.
Wheeler talked about badges you could receive that would pop in beautifully in the interface without breaking the immersion (important as we know
). I really hope those are put in sometime down the road. And not only for killing streaks but for healing/saving so many from death too.
Speaking of feedback:
We still need any sort of feedback for stuns, sometimes you just stand there in PVE too.
And some other effects I do not recollect completely.
Coming to the question of questions:
We have a COMBAT CUES option in the gameplay settings. Never ever could we activate it. Are you planning on doing something with it?
Wheeler talked about fame and server pride and why people should stick to play on the big battleground, one major factor is:
FEEDBACK and badges. Learn from LoL where this is done quite well.
PS: I know that you can add some kind of feedback via add ons, but they only go so far.
