About "Weakness to elements"

Does it apply to all damage? Or just the damage from the Destruction staff abilities?

It applies to all ELEMENTAL damage. So only to Fire, Frost and Lightning damage. But all sources of those, like weapon enchants or dragon knight fire abilites etc.
