I want to share my build that ive been using when grinding deconstructables and other loot in the Villages of the Lost in Coldharbour.
This build survived three consecutive mob packs when i missed low hp mobs agroing next pack, had to drink potion naturally. Happened on the last platform, where the door to Zatalguch lair is.

1. Sea of Flames = This is what keeps magicka up
2. Immovable/Unstoppable = Immunity to knockdowns and stuns is mandatory
3. Brawler = Tank and damage in one ability
4. Cinder Storm = Long duration snare, aoe damage and damage mitigation
5. Green Dragon Blood = ...
U. Dragon Knight Stardard = Im probably swapping to Dawnbreaker once i get the guild level up
Pre cast Flames and Unstoppable, run to mob pack, Cinders, then keep hitting alternately with Brawler and heavy attack. Drop Standard when able.
Biggest issue is stamina and i'll might fetch stamina boon if i continue grinding. (WTB Enriched Fishy Sticks recipie, 500g) The few times that ive died was mainly because Unstoppable wore out and got stunned.
I tried using Draw Essence (Inhale) instead of Cinder Storm, was not impressed and switched back.
Havent done Vaults of Madness yet, nor any dungeons after reaching the lvl42 class abilities, but i take that this build is perfectly acceptable for tanking.
