HOW TO DISTURB BOTS

randomriffyrocksprerb18_ESO
We need a 'test for bot' mechanic in the game that gives players the power to disturb the bots.

Something along the lines of, press f to interact with a bot/player then choose 'test'. A random test would automatically pop out of player/bot's screen. It will be a random and simple question like 'choose the colour red' or 'type this word and press enter'. And if the tested person fails to choose the right answer (no it wont ban them), it will keep on testing it untill a right answer is chosen. Or untill theres a limit then it will kick them out and be reported to be investigated and then banned.

To avoid exploit with such a mechanic I suggest,
1) cant be done during battle or pvp
2) an hour or two cooldown after being tested, so people just cant spam you tests every time
3) It will be good if you could do it from chat
4) No time limit during test, so people can AFK without worrying too much
5) An hour or two cooldown for testers, so they cant spam to tons of different people
6) Cant be used if the person is busy ie lockipicking a chest, harvesting nodes, talking to an npc

Please provide more suggestions

Just make them attackable and give 1000 Veteran Xp for a kill after they failed the test. Than make them respawn at a random location in the world.

in AoC, it was very easy to deal with bots. You just simply kill them. But people can't handle open world pvp anymore, which is understandable for some. I mean, its crazy stressful the first time out there, but I loved it.

I never played AoC, but EVE has open pvp and there are still tons of bots.

Ya this would not be abused right? lol

This would implement a trolling feature that would get abused, guaranteed. Regardless of the innocent intent, players would abuse this, especially against AFK players for example, then get to kill them. Not good by any means.

Anything constructive? I mean we need something. If you think it will be abused just find a solution to that and tell me guys.

Looks like the most effective way is still assigning GMs to actively look for bots from time to time. After the recent actions by ZoS i think the incidence of bots have dropped down drastically no?
