Achievement Journal Bugs

Whats the point in having the achievement journal, when we cant complete the zones as they sit.

So far in Eastmarch there is 3 achievements that dont work:
Giant-Friend
Skall Kings Arrow
Skall Kings Salavation
Coldharbour
Light of Meridia 4/5, if you choose wrong in one of the quests you wont be able to complete it.
All zones up to Rivensprie except these so far, show right
Now I have heard, even if fixed in the future, the people that have these completed, will never get the yes you did it mark for it, if thats the case, it really blows, having these looking as non completed for the rest of my life
