For example, if my friend has a horse and we are in a group. When he mounts up, I can jump on the horse with him and we can ride together.

EDIT: there would be a cap of 2 players per horse

    would be nice, though not many mmos i know off offer this. WoW/PWI are the only ones that come to mind.

    Planetside 2 allows up to 11 other players to ride in your mount. It's an MMO, but an MMOFPS. :D

    But seriously, it would be awesome to have mounts that could support more than one player. That might not jive well with ESO gold-sink strategy though.

    LOL those are ships and ground vehicles :P also riding in those usually leads to being blown up XD

    Maybe they could make a tamable Medusa mount (or whatever the snake lady NPCs are), where you could get like 4-5 people riding on it all the way out to the tail, and the owner sitting on it's head.

    That's kind of the way Zen set it up. It's pretty ridiculous, however I fell for it and bought the imperial edition. Damn my impulse buys...

    Different genre, but Defiance lets you do this too. Of course, the "mounts" are cars...with a max load of 4 (full group?)
