Tired of seeing bots on all of those jute nodes in Stonefalls, near Mephala's Nest, I picked up a tactic in zone chat to fight back. If you can find a netch or goblin caster, you can kite them to a jute harvesting bot and the AoE splash damage will kill them. Sadly, they come right back, or they relog and phase out. It merely delays them. It's difficult to keep up when done alone, but it is a lot of fun.

So I propose that this weekend, Friday-Sunday, Ebonheart players band together and hunt down as many bots as possible, with a special focus on 6PM to 9PM EST.

Basically, you just find an enemy with an AoE attack, such as a netch, and you move them onto the location of the bot and hold block to stay alive. After a few hits, the bot will die. I'd recommend either having a shield or a way to heal between bot deaths. Level 10+ is ideal.

So spread the word. Join in this weekend and deny the bots their jute.

    So while ZOS is backed up with thousands of bot reports, they get to profit off of the bug. Or we could just have fun killing them too.
