Hello,
I few weeks ago, I decided to have a break from ESO as I wasn't enjoying the as much as I had hoped due to a number of reasons which I wont get into in this thread. The other day, I received an email from Zenimax informing me they had credited my account with a complimentary five days worth of in-game time - to which I thought great!
Today I decided to login to the game for the first time in two weeks, in a second attempt to "get into" this game. Upon trying to login to my main character, I was hit by the endless Requesting Character Load message which I had experienced previously in beta. At this point, I simply put it down to the possibility that I had left my character in Cyrodiil, which is well known for it's troublesome logins.
I then close my game via Windows and repaired my game just in-case it was down to a local issue. After relogging into the game, I attempted to create a new character. However, once again I was hit with this loading issue. I have since closed and reopened my game several times after allowing the game to load for at least 10 minutes with no success.
As it stands, I am unable to get into the game. Could anyone give me a work around to this issue?
Thanks,
Adam.
