I spoke to one of the merchants and intimidated her. I didn't realize they drop a bag you have to loot in order to get credit, so when I checked to see if I'd gotten the tick of course it wasn't there. I tried talking to her again but could no longer interact with her. I thought it was bugged, so I submitted my report and then relogged. Of course she had poofed (or rather I was now in an instance where she was not) so I couldn't try it again. After some googling I learned about the bag, but by then it was too late and if there had ever been a bag it was now gone.

So my question is this: Did I break the achievement for myself? Or will I be able to interact with her again next time we cross paths?

    Update - In case anyone was curious - I was able to interact with the npc the next time I saw her and got the tick. So if you have a moment of fail like I did, don't worry.
