I was missing part of the main quest line of Malabal Tor. Saddly there is no way that I know of anyways to see quests that you have finished. Dont know why they didnt add this into the game but they didnt as far as i know. I was lucky and remembered that I didnt finish the main quest line with the Silvenar. I knew this cuz I had did it already with a different toon thankfully!!! I was stuck at the part where you meet with a ghostly projection of the Silvenar. Was not able to remember where I seen him though. >,<
Spent hours looking for him and spent a great deal of time trying to find it on the interent with goodle. So, finally I got lucky and found him. This may not work for you exactly as it did for me cuz NPC's that find you for ceartain quests tend to show up at slightly different places depending where you are at according to thier proximity to the player. But this is where he found me. Just slightly south west of Sleepy Senchne Overlook at the intersection on the road where it dose a "Y" in the road. If this place dose not work for you then the best I could say is to run around ON THE ROADS close to Jathsogur. I'm looking at it now on my map and below the name of the town it says in small writing "You've rescued the Silvenar" so I'm assuming it has something to do with finding him there cuz I have already finished saving him and completing the main quest line and that is what it says for me on my map.

Hope this helps and sorry for such a long explanation of things and any mispelled words for you spelling ***'s out there! ~.^
