Coldharbour : Bots teleporting in Hollow City

Hi,

I just got my second character to Coldharbour, and when I go to the Hollow City and speak to the Groundkeeper I keep seeing bots spawn from nowhere and run to the Groundkeeper to take a quest and get the experience.

This makes me nervous, how those "people" are able to get there at lvl 3 is just insane! Aren't the servers supposed to be secured and unallow that kind of behaviour or cheats?

Please fix this as fast as possible!

Edit : After some consideration, I think they might not do that for the exp, but rather for the gold. Sinds they are recreating characters over and over again and this action can generate thousands of gold every minutes, this might be an effective way for them to make a revenue.

It's a known issue I believe, it should be sorted soon.

Also, just a pedantic point here but it's the "hollow city", not hallowed city

I saw plenty of bots in lower zones, but in hollow city?

Good question: How does a Level 3 character get into such a place?

Is there as an effective a hack for getting my wife's character into solo-only instances with me?

I've just heard it is possible to go there with guild teleportation.

Interesting. My wife and I are in the same guild, so how would that work?

its absurd, they need to find a way to fix this, e.g., if level difference is 20+, they cannot be teleported.

I dont think its a hack. I just think they group with someone and then use the "teleport to player" option.

but cold habour a normal map

Apparently, reading up on: https://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/comments/2574yz/hollow_city_coldharbour_stream_of_hundreds_of_bots/ -- the whole reason bots do this, is apparently the fact that the groundskeeper quest is one of the single few quests that you have to do nothing for, but still gives a massive amount of gold. It's apparently really easy to "guild teleport" to a guildy, and I think anyone with half an IT background can figure out how to automatically path from the wayshrine to the groundskeeper... and let the free gold reign, build some guilds, and keep teleporting new characters/alts and let the gold come in!

Ideally I'd say that Zeni could just delete the gold reward, but that'd kick legit players in the shins. Maybe a massive aggro range to squash bots?

Or rather... figure out how on earth these bots keep getting those accounts, what the IP ranges are, where their gamecopies come from, it's most likely poor souls that got keylogged/hacked or pure straight on credit card fraud, but still... something should happen to make this less accessible for bots yet still accessible for real players, as I counted at the moment 30 bots in a minute and I can't keep F-float-report those bots... that's nothing a human can do. Wish this board would have "blue posts"!
