L48.5 Coldharbour (29/30) done... now what?

I have to locate1 last quest in Coldharbour which will certainly not get me to L50... so how are people bridging this gap?
Do I have to grind out killing mobs in Coldharbour? Should I try and quest in Cyrodil (hate PvP)?
I'm also at the Malog Bal fight, but died on my only attempt so far.

I completed the main story line quest by killing Malog Bal. Upon completion of that quest I was sent to Daggerfall (I'm Ebonheart) and there are a wealth of quests there for me at VR1 level difficulty.0
