Heavily Armored Orc Dragon Knight (DK) Stamina Based PVP DPS Dual Wield (DW) / One Handed and Shield

Hey folks. Here's my build and description/rotation (link below). Tbh, I haven't tested it fully as I'm still only lvl 30 and don't have all the skills unlocked.
Overview: Damage Abilities mostly stamina based from the dual wield skill line and basic weapon attacks which are greatly buffed with power, critical strike, and attack speed. Using Magicka for CC and buffs (armor, power, weapon attack speed, critical strike).
Comments/criticism/suggestions welcome. Is this even the right category for builds?
