Why I am looting low level provisioning mats from the VR areas? Oversight perhaps on the Dev's part? Getting a little bit bent out of shape that I have to run to Coldharbour to get at level supplies.

Same thing here. Lots of goat meat. Provisioning seems to be only craft still giving low level mats instead of VR mats in VR zones.0
