Why is it I cannot level effectively doing just PVP ? - Question to Devs

Why have you made it very difficult to level from PVP.
I will do the VR content at some point but I want to be able to move forward by PVP experience.
Why did you decide this was not to happen ?

Varivox9✭✭✭I'd like to hear an answer to this too. The PvE story/characters are incredibly boring and lack any depth to it, I don't find hardly any of the PvE content to be of much fun tbh, but the ONE thing ESO has going for it, imo, is the PvP. However, I'm forced to level in PvE as there is almost no experience to be had in PvP.1

The kill 20 players quest was the only real way to get XP until they nerfed it.0 -
JexTex✭✭This is going to bite them hard after the first month free runs out.. majority of folks want endgame pvp/raiding not to quest grind like sheep just to hit max level...
No one is asking to be max level over night so fanboys and solo nerds please dont reply thanks.
