Quest after The Den of Lorkhaj (Spoilers)

I just completed "The Den of Lorkhaj," the Aldmeri Dominion main quest in Reaper's March where you finish choosing a new mane. Now I can't find the next quest.
Razum-Dar and Queen Ayrenn both tell me that she has a quest for me. But there's no quest marker above her head, and when I talk to her she doesn't offer anything. I'm level 47, so I don't think it can be a minimum level problem. What is the next quest? Where am I supposed to go?
