Okay, so I've been trying to figure this out for days, I've checked around and couldn't find it so below is how to Cure it.
Step 1! Go to Rawl'Kha
Step 2! Enter the Mages Guild,(The one to the left of the Temple door)
Step 3! Go all the way to the back! (Do not enter the Portal)
Step 4! Talk to Prelate Sebinus (This will cost money to cure)
Congrats, you're no longer a werewolf!
