advanced Blacksmithing question

greetings fellow blacksmiths,

im someone, who really takes the time to get the shiniest weapons and stuff. so i noticed the shield and weapons of the kings/queen of the 3 alliances especially high king emerics shield with the lionhead on.
but not only them. magesguild members like valaste and shalidor also wear some kind of legendary version of dunmer and nord staff. and sees all colors+other members of the fightersguild wear some rly impressive weapons and shield too.

so the question is...how do i craft those?

the esohead crafting menu shows me, i can craft them with calcinium...LIARS!

atm i cant get you some ingame-images (server is down) but i will get some when servers are up again.

I don't think we have seen the end of craftable content for ESO. I was only lvl 42 Blacksmith when I had enough Skill points to "Max" it, so perhaps You can potentially max it further. This does mean that the 40-50 grind is currently something we don't NEED to do and sudgests that there is more to come.

Only thing I would suggest is to try crafting the particular item.
Lets say you use the shield.
First craft it in every style!
Craft it using every type of material, no success?
Find the most similar appearing one and alter what level you have crafted it for.

Otherwise as far as I can tell, they may be using equipment that might be VR11-12. Which has been in the game however not able to be crafted yet.

well thats obviously true, but my thought is that esohead extracted the weapon/armor/shield images somehow from the gamedata, so the ones im looking for ARE actually ingame...somehow, or will become available . i managed to find shalidors staff, or i think that it is his. its a blue unique lvl35 nordstaff with a skull at the top-end, cant remember the name, i may add it, when servers are up again.

There is going to be 2 new crafting tiers for VR11 and VR12 when Craglorn comes out. Maybe theyll use those skins then? Who knows.
