How does this work? Does it break on damage?
Seems OP reading the tool tip. Disorientate for 16.6 seconds and increase spell power of next attack. Coupled with the Exploitation passive (increase crit by 15% against targets effected by dark magic)
it would give me over 50% crit chance for over 16 seconds. I could get a lot of crystal fragments in during that time without them being able to respond.

    Please don't just read tooltips ...
    Disorientation always breaks on damage, no matter how much it is. That's how this type of cc works no matter of the source.
    Wich means you can cc ONE target and get the bonus to crit/damage on your next spell.
