Is Nightblade passive Catalyst bugged or only meant to impact certain potions? (Tested, bugged.)

Catalyst says it increases potion effectiveness by 20%.

When I use a Weapon Damage potion, I only receive the base value.
When I use a Weapon Critical or Spell Critical potion, I only receive the base value.

Healing potions do heal for higher than the base value.

Is this meant to only impact healing potions or is it meant to impact all potions?

Nevermind, I was incorrect. Catalyst is not impacting my healing potions either.
I have potions that heal for 279 hp on the first tick.
Catalyst raises potion effectiveness by 20%.
Should heal for 334 or higher on first tick.
Heals for 305 on first tick.

I also have Swallow Soul which increases healing from all sources by 10%.
279hp potion with 10% added should heal for 306 on first tick.
Heals for 305 on first tick.

Swallow Soul healing increase is actively in effect, Catalyst is not functioning at all.

Will write up a /bug form and update my initial post.

    Probably health/magicka/stamina potions.

    It's a passive put in your defensive/sustain tree. So it affects potions related to survivability.

    It's in the v1.1 PTS patch notes as fixed, so they are aware. Didn't fix the broken alchemy passives tho :/

    Odd that was one of the 3 NB skills mentioned. One I never even her of as a bug from fourums/use (PE)

    I've found that the catalyst passive still doesn't work. not getting any extra healing from health/mana/stamina potions or crit etc. This is from both crafted and bought/looted potions.

    Don't think potion passives ever worked. Or it's like with the different mundus stones, they worked half the time, depending on patch.

    I know that Medicinal Use (Alchemy passive) isn't working on any of my characters. Same with Argonian potion effectiveness. Not surprised if the NB passive is bugged to.

    The amount of passives in this game that simply don't work is staggering. "AAA" MMO we got here.

    The last time i looked Catalyst was working with healing potion, but it shows the already modified numbers of healing in the tooltip of the potion.

    Will look at it today again, cause I have to respecc and can than see if the healing of potions will decrease with losing the passive.
    and btw duration of state potions (invis, unstoppable, etc) is allways 3sec. medicinal use and catalyst do not matter. Is it bug or feature?
    For Catalyst Working as indendet. It increase the effectiveness of potions, not the duration.

    Medicinal use should increase the duration. Did you count in on use for yourself? Maybe it just shows no digits in the description of potions, cause the duration would be 3,9 Seconds. If only the seconds for itself is shown, it will always be displayed as 3 sec. even if it runs a 0,9 longer.

    I can confirm my idea of catalyst. It updates immediate the tooltip of healing Pots and shows the healing increased through the passive of Catalyst.

    This thread was made back in April.
    I no longer have issues with this passive. Works on all potions.
