Something wrong with the Cyrodiil buff

Normally I can't tell a difference in pvp from the buff except feeling that I have a little less power than pve even at vet 4 however it affects us. But last night it kept blowing through my power after just a couple spells and I was trying to figure out why because normally my mana regen is overcharged, majicka is maxed oc'd, health is good for a light armor guy. So I got to looking and pull up my stats window and I see my stats were all screwed up ! Majicka regen had dropped to around lvl 20ish range and my health and stamina regen were both oc'd. I don't have a single stam regen item on me and the buff does not usually affect my guy that way. Not sure why it happened or how to replicate it. Happened after a death and stayed that way the rest of the night despite relogs due to client crashing at rez. Logging in tonight to Cyrodiil just now and I check with the buff I look normal statwise but it persisted last night through multiple logins after crashes. I would post the screen but it won't let me upload atm for some reason.

I had this exact issue last night in PVE.

My stats were lowered randomly, i was dealing extremely low damage, i was taking massive amounts of damage.

I relogged 3 times, and it went back to normal.

During last nights game play it did not happen to me again. I haven't been able to isolate any particular possible trigger event as it seems totally random at the moment but others in guild have reported this as well.

Happened again last night after a revive. Relogging fixed it.
