Explain to me, if you would, kind sir, how you use a Crowd Control, or as you boorishly say, a "CC", on a character that cannot be targeted, and is traveling at speeds that the finest steeds cannot achieve?Free.Block wrote: »You can still CC while in mist form....noob

Anyone know if Bolt Escape while carrying a scroll is still a thing? They just need to prevent movement-based abilities from being used while carrying the scroll.....problem solved.
@Fatalyis Need to keep some in effect, after all there is time limit to make it back or the scroll resets.
Though am curious if any of the fighter guild abilities work on a vampire in mist forum would solve some issues, but don't think any are AOE.
EIt: Never-mind trap beast and dawnbreaker shoulder work

speed potion? i made a speed potion once that gave 20% run speed for 10 seconds....last i checked the "finest steeds" could achieve better than that at lvl 1
so if a horse cant catch him...why are we to believe a 20% run speed potion magically will?
How are you going to do that when you can't target him einstein? Keep the noob comment for yourself, you showed it with your comment.Free.Block wrote: »You can still CC while in mist form....noob

dont want to call anyone noob but bringing up such excuses for a broken-ass ability is plain dumbjeradlub17_ESO wrote: »How are you going to do that when you can't target him einstein? LOl not gona call anyone noob or anything but any aoe root stops mist dead in its tracks and immovable doesn't make you immune to root ether. So any DK with "tallons" or any sorc with "encase". These abilities don't require a target, also for those who don't have root skills all you need to do is catch up to mist and bash it to knock a vamp out of it (also doesn't require a target only that you face him and be in range).
