Constantly repeating dialogue – random NPCs

There is no general game discussion category so hopefully I'll be ok putting this here.
So I’m working on the clothing bench, thinking about making myself a spiffing new pair of pants & maybe even a hat if I’m feeling particularly adventurous; & all I can hear over & over again is the same bit of dialogue.
“did you see that dark elf”? “he smiled at me”
“have you seen the way ____carries on with that dark elf”? “It’s disgusting”

“did you hear“? “some stranger saved ____'s life”
“really”? “who was it”? “I’d like to buy that hero an ale”
^ Daggerfall
Over & over & over & over again.
This is the second situation whilst playing this game that I wished I was playing one of the past Elder Scrolls games so that I could just go out there burn them to ash & continue working on my lovely new pair of pants in peace.
The other situation has been during most conversations with Dunmer where they are so causal about slavery, my Argonian does not approve. But that’s a rant for another day.

Squishy✭✭✭Hold right there criminal scum. I heard that a lot for some reason in oblivion.
Granted however, that the repetitions of those are bit out there at the moment. I'm not sure how they implemented the loop chats, but they should either add a LOT more, so we don't constantly hear the same 3, or give them extremely large timers
