Behind on level
So, I have the achievement for completing the quests in each of the DC zones, I just got to coldharbor and I'm only level 42. I've done just about every dark anchor, every public dungeon, every group dungeon, and I've gotten the exploration achieves for each of the zones.
I'm assuming xp rewarding is glitched, or I'm missing some massive source of XP. I also finished both the mage guild and fighter's guild questlines, have the titles for both.
