Lvling Vampire tree - Faaar slower than the Werewolf Tree (requesting advice!)

Hey guys, I got my characters Werewolf tree to 10 in about 2 hours by slaying wolves outside of Windhelm, specifically the spawned pair from the black wolves they generate a ton of ult points then i can just change form and kill anything to level.

but as of an hour ago i got the vampire tree and.. well its taking ages, those wolves offer nothing and i am wondering if there are any ways to level Vamp tree fast?
I made a build around the vampire abilities and i would really like to get to that point before i continue on with quest and dungeons.

thank you!

The vampire skill line gains experience way differently then the ww skill line. For ww all you need to do to gain exp is to get kills while transformed. Not to mention the exp requirement is much much lower (several hundred vs 100k or more) vamp skill line levels based off exp earned from quests, explorations etc as long as you have a vamp skill on your active hotbar

To lvl Vamp line quick go into any of the larger public dungeons and farm all the trash mobs. They respawn quick and it is a good way to get alot of loot to sell. It took me about 3 hrs to get to vamp 6, and made 20k selling loot.

You do not need a vampire skill on your hotbar to level vampire. The skill levels based on all incoming XP (quest, exporation, kills)

Got to level 2 vampire in an hour just doing quests, never slotted the 1st ability you get.

I haven't played a WW, but Vamp leveling is passive... as other have already said so i had imagined it was easier to level.

I've pointed this out before the xp required to gain a rank of vampire seems to be based off the assumption that you were around level 40 when you did the quest(which is fair cause that's the quest level).

What does this mean? it means if your level 50 your going to be getting "more" xp then would be expected at level 40 and you can max it fairly fast however it also means that if your level 10 your getting "way" "way" "way" less xp then expected and will likely level several times yourself for each rank up.

In other words if you plan on making a low level vampire plan that your only real move will be drain for quite some time lol.
