How to get to Coldharbour? (This may contain spoilers for you if you haven't done the Main story)

I'm currently level 44, I've heard you can get to Coldharbour at 43. I was told by Zone chat I'm supposed to get a Main Story quest to go to Coldharbour, however the last main story quest I got was the Five Companions Quest, then nothing. I've been in Bangkorai all day hunting down any possible quests to get a bit more XP.
Anyways have I missed something? Ask any questions if you need more information but I just don't know what I've done wrong here.

Quaesivi✭✭✭You need to finish the main story of the last area, then get the quest "Messages Across Tamriel" and finish that chain, then you will be thrown into the Oblivion.0 -

✭This is not listed in the main story section of your quest list, it's in the last zone of your faction, for DC, it's bangkorai.
There is no level limit, I went there at 37.0
