I cannot move. /stuck is not working. I cannot change campaigns since it says that I have to wait since I changed them recently??? Even though I did not??? Support is not responding.

My coordinates are: 53.60, 80.96

You should be able to guest to another campaign and enter the guest one to fix your stuck situation.
