I am DC. I killed a few enemies just because they where sneaking with their pets out. Standing still doesn't help as i put a firebarage on your pet and you appear. Please keep this as a reminder.
People on my side who are sneaking with the pet out: Do not follow me. Your pet does not only give you away, but me too

Aballister✭✭✭I gave up using pets pretty quickly, thier IA is not really suited to PvP and the magica required to constantly keep them up is better spent on direct dmg skills imo.Dark Elf Sorc(AD)0 -
NTclaymore✭✭✭✭ian. I dont think he is talking about the conjured creatures the sorcerer can do. I think he Means the vanity pets such at the pet mubcrab that was with the imperial edition. It needs to "sneak" too when the player do. atleast in PvPHe spoke, the son of Padomay, and nodded his head with the dark brows

Why would pets need to sneak? That's like saying horses should sneak. Don't use them. Vanity pets are stupid to begin with, save them for carebear zones. Conjured pets are utterly useless in PvP in their own right. But by all means keep using them, it is always amusing to see the horror of a sneaking person who rages at getting killed from their own stupidity,0 -

Censorious✭✭✭✭OK - we really need to know what people are talking about here.
Vanity pets are always going to be a giveaway - in every MMO they are always visible. you need to be some sort of numpty to have one out and following you.
On the other hand, combat pets are part of the class mechanic. If they are visible when stealthed, that's just plain silly and a serious design facepalm.
In PvE mobs ignore them when stealthed and I assumed they are hidden to players too. I wouildn't know because I never use pets in PvP, they are pretty well useless anyway, but the point needs clearing up.

^ yes they are visible. I have killed many sorcs that are sneaking because i can see their pets lol0

I'm pretty sure sorc pets stealth when their owner stealth, or some people are oblivious, as i've had 30 man raids run right by me while i've had my volatile familiar out while stealthed.0

Vanity pets are stupid as it was in wow. It was the first thing targeted to destroy from my inventory :-). Mudcrab and even more stupid ape... It was not bonus it was little extra work to clear inventory:-)0
