BUG--- BREAKS --- 3 MAJOR QUESTS

I have 3 big quests completely shut down because of this bug which I believe is related as all the quests seem to have the same symptoms and results.
DESCRIPTION:
Quest events that should have some dialog and talking amongst NPC's never triggers. In all 3 cases the player enters the area as instructed and the NPC's just stand there and don't interact with each other or with the player.
ATTEMPTED SOLUTIONS:
Re-logging, abandoning the quest, re-logging for 15 min to reset your instance. logging on right after the server reset, Traveling to random people if guilds to enter their instance. None of the following have shown any chance to fix the bug.
3 MAJOR AFFECTED QUESTS:
#1 STOMPING SINMUR -
FINAL ZONE QUEST IN THE RIFT - ALLOWS ACCESS TO COLDHARBOR
Entering the area were the event takes place has the High king and other NPC's that according to people who have completed it will lead you into the attack against sinmur. The NPC's NEVER talk to you or start there event. Killing the mobs does nothing to start the event either.
#2 THE ARMY OF MERIDIA
TASK: ENTER THE CHAPEL OF LIGHT
MAJOR ZONE QUEST IN COLDHARBOR ALLOWS ACCESS TO NORTHERN HALF OF ZONE.
Upon entering the Chapel of Light after talking with the girl outside you are supposed to enter and join the meeting between the leaders your saved and the king. the NPC's NEVER talk and do not interact at all with each other or the player.
#3 THE WEIGHT OF THE THREE CROWNS
TASK: ENTER THE PORTAL TO STIRK
----MAIN STORY QUEST---- THIS ONE COULD NOT BE ABANDONED BECAUSE IT IS THE MAIN STORY. THIS QUEST ALLOWS ACCESS TO VETERAN ZONE'S AT LVL 50 / V1
When entering the island you are supposed to meet the 3 alliances at the center of the island. I arrived at the center at a square stone table with the alliance flags around the area. The NPC's never come and the event never starts. I have been all over the island and nothing starts the event.
RECAP:
All 3 quests show the same symptoms of an event failing to start and NPC's doing nothing. All known fixes have no affect on fixing the quests, and they have been tried 50+ times for each quest.
DAMAGE:
#1 Blocks access to coldharbor - work around is the travel to a player already there and you can at least do the zone quests.
#2 Blocks access to the Northern part of coldharbor- same work around as the first one, travel to a player up north and then ride around doing the side quests Some quests attached to the zone main will not work.
#3 MOST DAMAGING- Blocks access to the veteran zones, with out finishing the MAIN STORY you will never get to talk to Caldwell who gives you access to the other alliance zones. I am currently V1 and have been for over a week with NO-WAY into the Vetern zones.
There is No Known work around for this one and this is by far the most damaging because it stops all progress.
I have submitted Tickets to ALL 3 quests several times and What is most depressing is these quests do not show up on any list of Known bugs or getting fixed. I would like some confirmation that these 3 Quests are going to be fixed soon.

I am in a similar boat. Have been V1 for over a week with NO way to get to the veteran zones.
Castle of the Worm - No NPCs spawn in the zone, the quest updates to "Talk to Cadwell" but he doesn't spawn, just the quest indicator on the compass. There is nothing to interact with at all. It's a story quest so you can't abandon it (any chance you could add this quest to your list?).
I have the exact same problem with the Fighter's Guild quest "Prismatic Core." Enter the portal, no NPCs anywhere, quest updates to kill the Queen, but nothing ever spawns. I have abandoned this quest and picked it back up many times to no avail.0 -
rsgurrub17_ESOSoul ShrivenYup, same situation... cannot progress past "Enter the Chapel". Nothing happens. These quests should be the highest priority fixes, yet seems they spend time fixing the side quests.
Although they did finally fix the bank, so there's hope.0 -
KalagonSoul ShrivenCommunication is the bigger issue. They should have a sticky post with every single quest that is on the fix it list, I only made this post because I have not seen anything on the forums about them. Customer service communication is the worst I have ever seen. Customers are left in the dark on when and if their quest will ever be fixed.
And the bad game design is now becoming apparent with linking quests. If they were never linked then we could progress and come back later to complete the broken quests after they are fixed, BUT WE CANT because its all linked and locking us from advancing.0 -
Thete✭✭✭I've said in a similar post elsewhere, the problem I have with the game is not that these bugs are here but that we are suffering from them. In other MMOs I've played, if a bug exists which prevents advancement in an essential quest-line, then GMs just advance you on. I am stuck at level 45 with all prior solo quests completed because Messages of Tamriel is broken and I can't move onto Coldharbour. Contacting customer service should have resulted in my being moved forward to the next step in the chain that actually works. Ok, I miss a bit of dialogue; I'm not too bothered about that.MMO PvE veteran looking for suitable guild:

KalagonSoul ShrivenYeah I feel your pain but look above I was also stuck found my own work around for cold harbor entry. Get a guildmate of yours to go to the shrine in the coldharbor city, Then on the guild list right click your friend and click ( Travel To Player ) this will teleport you to him and you can now access MOST of cold harbor. You can now do the side quests there which should get you to around 49 maybe V1.0

KalagonSoul ShrivenI hit VR1 from grinding zombies in cold harbor. I did attempt to port to a guildmate in daggerfall but that did not work as it noted that you MUST complete the main story to advance to the other alliance zones.

Tazzik✭I had this same problem all last week until I finally figured out how to fix it. You need to abandon every quest (except for the main story quest that can't be dropped). This seems to fix whatever was broken, and all of the quests have worked fine for me since then.1

That's all good but in my case with messages of/across tamriel being a main story quest and the only one even open to me leaves me with no option but to use a guild port to coldharbour...which is pointless since once completing the side quests I'll be stuck not being able to advance to vet status. I am understanding of quest bugs, but not for the main quest line! It completely shuts down advancement and is simply unacceptable. They need to get their *** together and prioritize a fix for the main quest otherwise I see a lot of canceled subs in their future.Edited by Wolfshart79 on 25 April 2014 19:380

I cannot thank you enough, I have been stuck for going on 3 weeks with 3 bugged quests and no way to advance. I did exactly what you said and it worked I did the main story, then went and did the other 2 that had been bugged and all 3 worked. I am no longer stuck and working towards getting the hell out of Cold harbor thanks again0 -
