The rest of the stuff can be chalked up to alot of the skills and mechanics are glitch/bugged/broken.

There are many abilities i have seen that either don't work other than the damage, and the some of the buffs don't work or the tooltips are wrong.

Just sooo many things that make the game seem worse.

When really this game is live.. and should be working or be a priority to fix.
Or are we playing in a BUY-IN-CLOSED-BETA?
Who knows.
Lots of needed TLC in many other aspects that is not just PVE broken quests..

We are beta testing the balance, if such a thing as the vampire bat spam passed through until now then obviously the balance wasn't tested enough.

I witnessed a wizard teleporting constantly in a group of 5 players. Took down two of them and got away. I as a DB was gap-closing, but it was failing most of the time as he was literally jumping non-stop. I probably hit him once myself. Was kinda discouraging.

Pvp balance depends on your build and playstyle. I'm an effective tank for dungeons, and I can solo most pve no problem, but pvp is a totally mixed bag. My skills and build give me an edge over lots of players, but it's impossible for me to win against others simply because their skill choices counter mine in general and that's how it is for everyone. It does seem like range has a bit of an advantage in pvp, but that doesn't mean those players don't struggle in areas you excel.
