Reapers March - Mini Dungeon Mobs Missing?

Greets!
I have finally reached the marches, and enjoying it quite alot!
However, there is a mini dungeon that I can actually not find the named mob in, Weeping Wind Cave! Also, the Tabiah something. Ive looked far and wide, but the mobs in there has no one that carries a significant name! Aid, anyone? I might be looking at the wrong place..

I don't recall if it's the Weeping Wind cave, but one of the public dungeons' boss is actually outside of the dungeon. When you leave the cave (or whichever dungeons it is), you should exit facing a ritual circle area. The boss spawns in the center of the circle. I left the cave and had to wait a few minutes before he spawned. I hope that helps...sorry, I can't recall the name of the dungeon where it happened...only that it was a Reaper's March dungeon.
